Instructions: Sometimes .pdf files freeze when opened in a browser window. A certain portain of some machines do not release the page files when that file is closed. To remedy this problem, download the .pdf file to view. Close your browser window and reopen your browser if necessary. To download a .pdf file to your machine, right click the file and use the 'save as' feature from the pop up window. Remember the location and go back and open the file at your leasure.
